Sugano Sensei is an 8th dan instructor at the New York Aikikai. He entered Hombu dojo in 1959 as a direct student of O Sensei. In 1965 he moved to Sydney, Australia and became the representative of Hombu in that country. He remained there for fifteen years. He has also taught extensively in the USA, Belgium, Luxembourg and France.
