Friday, July 25 — Arrivals, no group meals
Saturday, July 26 — First full day of classes, 1st half of week begins, 1st day of meals starting with breakfast. Welcome BBQ sponsored by NY Aikikai
Sunday, July 27 — Full day of classes
Monday, July 28 — Full day of classes, 1st half of week closes
Tuesday, July 29 — Full day of classes, 2nd half of week begins
Wednesday, July 30 — Classes and dan tests
Thursday, July 31 — Full day of classes. Doshu teaches. Celebratory banquet. Camp ends.
Friday, August 1 — Departure. No group meals

Please note: At this time, there are no day passes available for Thursday, July 31, the day Doshu teaches. Once we are closer to camp, we will release day passes for Thursday.

Meals

Meals packages include breakfasts and dinners in a private dining room from Saturday (7/26) through Thursday (7/31). Grab and go lunches will be available for purchase. You must be a hotel guest at the Seaview in order to purchase a meal plan. In addition, meal plans aren’t available for those purchasing day passes.

There are a limited number of meal packages, available for purchase on a first come, first serve basis. If you do not choose a meal package there is food for purchase in the public dining room and bar area.

• Saturday night BBQ is hosted by the NY Aikikai student body for those staying at the Seaview Hotel. Additional tickets might be available closer to the day for those not staying at the hotel. Seating is limited.

• Thursday night is the banquet with Doshu and Osawa Sensei. Tickets for the banquet are only available for those staying at the Seaview Hotel, if you choose aikido+meals. Seating is limited to the first 350 registrants.

Registration deadlines and cancellation policy

Early bird registration is in effect until April 15, 2025.

• For those staying at the Seaview, the registration deadline is June 22, 2025. For those not staying at the Seaview, July 16, 2025 is the deadline.

• Day passes will be available onsite for Saturday through Wednesday. Day passes for Thursday will be available at a future date.

• Registration cancellations before June 15 will be issued at 100% minus $50. Registration cancellations after June 16 will be issued at 100% minus $100. There are no refunds after July 14. Please contact us directly to request a cancellation.

Hotel details

Friday — $219 pre-tax or $251.04 post-tax per room
Saturday — $289 pre-tax or $331.28 post-tax per room
Sunday through Thursday — $155 pre-tax or $177.68 post-tax per room

In addition, a one-time $6.50 per person will be added to your stay to for the bell staff, valet staff, and doorman.

A link for hotel reservations will be sent to you after you register, in your confirmation email. Please reserve hotel rooms only for yourself. Hotel prices are significantly discounted from market rate and we have limited rooms on a first come, first serve basis.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will forfeit one night's room and tax.

• Room rates include complimentary Wifi access, onsite self-parking, in-room coffee, in-room refrigerator, use of fitness center, swimming pool, tennis and volleyball courts.

• Valet parking is available for a fee.

• Rollaway beds are available at a rate of $15 per night based on availability.

• Laundry service is available at the following rates: top and bottom gi for $13, top only for $9, bottom only for $6.

• Pets under 50 lbs can stay for an additional price of $50 per stay.

• 
  Airports

  If flying, we recommend coming to Newark or Philadelphia and renting a car. There is also a small airport in Atlantic City that is a short distance from camp.
